31 Tailgating Snacks That Will Score
31 Tailgating Snacks That Will Score is a round up of some of the best game day recipes, including buffalo wings, pub cheese, beer bread, nachos, jalapeño poppers and more!
Are you ready for some football?? I definitely am! I look forward to football season every year — there’s so much excitement in the air on Game Day, and every single game counts.
My household is full of football fanatics, and if we’re home, we’ll have football on the television all day long on Sunday. And let’s not forget about Monday night football or the Thursday night game — we’re definitely watching them, too. 🙂
Of course it’s not game day without amazing food, and that’s where this round up of 31 Tailgating Snacks That Will Score comes in. Because quite honestly, the food is just as important than the game.
When the game is going great, the food makes the game day experience even better. Yassss….shredded buffalo chicken sliders and air fryer zucchini fries are definitely going kick game day up a few notches.
If the game is going badly, the food is a great distraction. Of course, there are also people who aren’t football fans, so you need great food to keep them entertained when you invite a crowd over for the big game.
Great game day snacks are win-win any way you look at them, and the recipes in this round up are guaranteed to score. Let’s get to it!

So many yummy looking ideas here, Marcie! Great minds think alike – I also have football food on my mind & shared a Super Bowl recipe idea round up this week as well!
Thanks Nicole and I can’t wait to check out your post!
So much yumminess highlighted in this post! I am 100% with you, I’m a football fanatic to the core… I grew up in a football family and my dad has been a coach my whole life, so it’s kind of in my blood!
I’m glad we’re on the same page Nicole! 🙂
I absolutely LOOOOVE football season! Although I won’t lie, sometimes I wish I could go back in time and re-live enjoying it at actual games during my college years. 😉 While I do like watching my teams play, I’m now more into football season for the snacks! I mean, really, is there anything better than game day grub? I think not! Especially given this stellar line up you have shared here! I want it ALL! Preferably at once! Pinning!! Cheers, Marcie!
I’ll bet those college games were a blast — I don’t blame you! There really isn’t any better food than game day grub…except maybe Thanksgiving dinner. 🙂
I will admit that I’m not a big football fan (although I do cheer for my team, go bears!) but my husband is a HUGE fan! I’m just in it for the food! These snacks look SO good, Marcie! I want to try them ALL! Thanks so much for including my potato skins!
At least you cheer on your team, and your ‘skins look delicious!
This roundup is making me crave aaaallthefootball watching! I haven’t been on top of my entertaining game the last few years, but I’m thinking I need to get some friends together and “taste test” some of these recipes 😀
Taste testing these recipes would be SO fun!
My husband enjoys watching football, but I’m not quite into it. But I am into making and eating snacks, so I appreciate a good tailgating snack roundup! So many good ones here Marcie!
I totally get it — thanks Leanne!
They all look so good I don’t know which I want to try first!!! 🙂
I know right?! Thanks, Annie! 🙂
