Recipe ingredients
These air fryer potatoes include (4) basic ingredients, and can be easily changed up with oil, seasonings and herbs that you have on hand.
- Potatoes. This recipe includes baby potatoes, and while any variety will work, my personal favorite is baby yukon gold potatoes because of they have creamy texture and the skin gets nice and crispy. Red potatoes, purple potatoes and fingerlings will all work, but they will vary in texture and flavor.
- Oil. For best results, use a high heat oil in the air fryer such as avocado, grape seed or coconut oil.
- Rosemary. The fresh rosemary may be substituted with dried, or your favorite fresh or dried herbs.
- Garlic powder. The garlic powder may be swapped out with your favorite seasoning.
