Sweet potatoes are a favorite in my house. I prepare them roasted and mashed often, and when I’m feeling really fancy I’ll make hasselback sweet potatoes. 🙂

While I’d never turn down fries, sweet potato is my all time favorite. I’m not a fan of deep frying, so in the past when I prepared them at home I always made grilled sweet potato fries.

They’re tender, smoky and are a great option during the summer, but they lack the crispiness that I crave.

That’s where these Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries come in. They’re nice and crispy, and they’re much healthier because they’re air fried in just a bit of oil.

This recipe has made it possible to enjoy sweet potato fries a lot more often. 🙂
