Sweet potatoes are a favorite in my house. I prepare them roasted and mashed often, and when I’m feeling really fancy I’ll make hasselback sweet potatoes. 🙂

Sweet potato fries are one of my favorite way to enjoy them, but I know they’re not the healthiest as they are deep fried in refined oils.

That’s where these Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries come in. They’re nice and crispy, and they’re much healthier because they’re air fried in just a bit of oil.

This recipe has made it possible to enjoy them a lot more often!
