Air fryer chicken breast sliced on a plate

As much as I try to plan meals for the week, there are times when dinner is still an after thought. My air fryer is my solution during those times because it’s so easy to prepare something delicious with whatever I have on hand or pick up at the market.

My air fryer salmon and air fryer pork chops come out crisp and juicy every time, and this Air Fryer Chicken Breast is no different.

Admittedly, I was skeptical about the outcome because chicken breast is so lean, but I was blown away by the amazing results.

It comes out golden brown and juicy with minimal effort. Winner winner!

How to make chicken breast in the air fryer

Cooking chicken breast in the air fryer couldn’t be easier. It’s the foolproof way to get juicy chicken without turning on the oven or making a mess on the stove top.

Pro tip: Use chicken breasts that are the same size and thickness for even cooking time. If they’re not, be sure to place them in a zip top bag and pound to even thickness, or butterfly by cutting in half lengthwise.
