Grilled Fig, Bacon, and Arugula Flatbread Pizza
Grilled Fig, Bacon and Arugula Flatbread Pizza is a sweet and savory fig pizza with salty bacon, mozzarella, fresh arugula and balsamic glaze. It’s ready in minutes!
I’ve got two people in my life with access to fig trees, which means I’m in fig heaven. I’ve been inundating my Instagram stories with photos of figs and fig pizza in the past week or two, so much so that people may think I’m a bit obsessed.
I’m here to tell you that I’m definitely obsessed. 🙂
Aren’t they gorgeous?
Every year I get copious amounts of figs and if you’re familiar with them, you know they get overly ripe very fast.
That means I’ve been making my Fig Jam a lot lately, as well as this Grilled Fig, Bacon and Arugula Flatbread Pizza.
This fig pizza recipe is the quickest meal ever — it’s ready in 15 minutes! That means you can go about your day with no worries about dinner. It’s no-stress and requires almost no clean up!
It almost sounds too good to be true, but you know I wouldn’t lie to you.
