Like my pear smoothie and banana smoothie recipes, it also includes Greek yogurt, which makes it a good source of protein.

Ingredient notes
- Tropical fruit. This smoothie includes a combination of pineapple, mango and banana, but these fruits may be substituted with papaya, guava, passion fruit, lychee or whatever you have on hand. I’ve used frozen fruit, so if you use fresh be sure to add some ice for a thick, creamy texture.
- Coconut milk. Refrigerated or canned coconut milk may be used, or substitute with your favorite.
- Greek yogurt. The Greek yogurt gives this tropical smoothie a protein boost, but it may be substituted with whatever type of yogurt you have on hand.
- Lime juice. Fresh lime juice makes the flavors come alive. It may be subbed with orange, lemon or key lime juice as well.
